OKAKA Communication is the dissemination of information from one place to another.   Before the advent of the modern means of communication there were the traditional means of disseminating messages among the people these include: gongs, town criers, talking drums etc. these are ways village heads used to pass messages across to the people or villagers. Communication started a long time or ages ago. We can simply say that communication refers to any procedure through which messages or information can be transmitted from one person to another.
