  (THEMATIC PREOCCUPATION)      CHARACTERIZATION AND DRAMATIC TECHNIQUE        Love And Hate    Love is one major thing in Wuthering Heights and the nature of love is both Romantic and brotherly – not erotic.  In the text, every relationship is strained at one point or another.
